I really am very pleased with this little tin of tea. There was absolutely no bitterness. It was just a gentle flavor. So very lovely.

I LOVE MATCHA MOON!! Excellent quality, excellent taste!! I use Spring Zen for sipping, lattes, and baking! Spring Zen is truly flexible which is why I love it. The Pure Zen is best for sipping tea! (just straight up matcha and water).

I Love this tea. I have tried a few different matcha tea brands. This one is by far my very favorite. The flavor, color and the way it makes me feel are all superior to the others I've tried. Please don't change anything about it.

I have never had a better matcha than the Pure Zen. It's sweet, umami-rich and in no way is it bitter or astringent. It's a gorgeous, vibrant emerald green color. This is not a matcha to use in lattes or cooking. It's best for a straight, traditional preparation.
