With summer just around the corner, we're happy to share this wonderfully simple, delicious, healthy and refreshing iced matcha recipe, courtesy of one of our own Matcha Moon customers!
- 8 oz. coconut water
- 1 tsp. (Spring Zen) matcha
- 1 splash of almond (or other) milk
How to prepare
- Prepare a traditional serving of matcha tea ahead of time using 1 full tsp. of Spring Zen matcha powder and let cool.
- Fill a glass with coconut water and ice.
- Pour in prepared matcha.
- Add splash of almond (or any preferred) milk.
- Stir well.
